Update: My cartridge finally showed up today. Thanks 1ink for getting this sorted out. Ordered a toner cartridge on June 3 with delivery expected June 11. On that date I got an email saying UPS delivered it to the Minneapolis post office. Days later on June 17 it's still sitting there. Called customer service and was basically told the post office is busy with no offer to help me get it moving. The rep sounded annoyed that I even asked for assistance. This is my first time ordering from them and last time too. I'm worried what happens if the cartridge ends up being defective.

Got faulty magenta ink. Reached out asking for an urgent refund or replacement since the magenta cartridge is damaged and leaking all over my printer.
