Got a college baseball cap that showed up in blue velvet. The website didn't mention it would be velvet when I ordered it. It looks terrible! I've been a repeat customer but I'm done now. Plus they want 7 dollars for a return, which is annoying.

Their customer service is really bad. I placed an order in early December and it's still sitting in processing mode. I've emailed 3 times now with no real help. The shipping situation is terrible too. I'm not going to order from them again. Pretty frustrating since this was supposed to be a gift and now it's going to arrive way late.

Incredibly slow at getting orders out. My cap has been in preparation mode for over a week. Refunded through PayPal and bought the same cap from Academy Sports instead, and it shipped the very next day. Won't be ordering from here again.

Their shipping is way too slow. Don't trust what they say about upgraded shipping. I've been waiting almost 2 weeks and when I checked with FedEx, it's just regular economy shipping. Nothing upgraded about it and definitely nothing speedy either.

Awful exchange policy here. I ordered a hat, realized the same day that I picked the wrong one, and asked to change it before they even processed it. They refused to make the swap. Then I asked if they could just change the fit and size when it shipped and got the same design. Still no. That really disappointed me because I've always thought their hats were quality stuff. Won't be back.
