Had the chance to meet Adam at an automotive show and explained I was hunting for something to minimize light scratches on my polished engine. He recommended Metal Polish Number One with the Grey Suede Applicator for application and a grey microfiber to remove it. I did exactly what he suggested and couldn't believe how perfect it looked. Adams Polishes was a terrible purchase. I spent over three hundred dollars on their ceramic coating and within about a week it started breaking down and damaged my entire paint job. Would strongly advise against this product. Hope others avoid it.

I bought their wheel and tire cleaner along with a brush. When I reached out to customer service with questions about how my tires turned out, the rep came across as condescending and unhelpful. I asked for a credit and he launched into how Adams tests everything thoroughly. Then he suggested I must have messed up the application. By that point I was frustrated with how he was treating me and upset that he wouldn't offer real solutions. After going back and forth with ten different emails, I asked for a refund. Not because the products didn't work, but because that rep was rude, didn't actually help me, and basically called me incompetent. Can't really judge the products since he wouldn't give me a refund, offer any workarounds, or provide any guidance on fixing the problem.
