The team at Address Hotels really knows how to take care of guests. Most of the staff went out of their way to make our stay special. The housekeeping crew kept everything spotless and the rooms looking great. One of the front desk team members surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a suite and was incredibly attentive throughout our visit. The reception desk staff delivered outstanding service and truly showed they cared about our comfort. The breakfast area was run beautifully each morning, with the manager making sure everyone felt welcomed. I have to mention that we did have one negative interaction with a staff member whose attitude was disappointing and unhelpful. It's worth noting because the rest of the hotel sets such a high bar. If they address this one gap, every single guest will have the fantastic experience that Address Hotels is really known for.

My wife and I checked out several different hotels during our trip to Dubai, including a couple of well-known ones and a luxury resort. We have to say that Address Dubai Marina absolutely blew us away. The service we got was heads above what we experienced anywhere else. The food quality was fantastic too, easily matching up with the other top-tier properties we visited. If we're ever back in Dubai, there's no question we'd stay at Address again. The entire experience made us feel genuinely valued and cared for. Honestly, it's hard to find service this good. We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Great job overall!
