Sorted by: Most recentThese products feel cheap and didn't hold up to expectations. The fit on the jacket was nothing like the pictures on their website showed. I grabbed everything during a storewide sale, so they only let me get store credit, which wouldn't even be given until after the sale finished. The customer service was awful, the policies are ridiculous, and the clothing itself is just poor quality. Don't throw your money away on their cheap, badly fitting pieces.
The return policy is bad. Trash experience! The packaging was awful too. I spent one hundred fifty dollars on items I don't wear and can't even return them. This seems like a way for them to clear out stuff they can't sell elsewhere.
Awful return policy! The box was terrible too! Spent one hundred fifty bucks on clothes that don't work for me and I'm stuck with them. Feels like they're just using this as a way to dump inventory that nobody buys.
Quality is solid and the customer service team is fantastic. When my package got lost in transit, they really went to bat for me and made things right. What could have turned into a bad experience became a great one thanks to their effort and willingness to go the extra mile.

Got some stuff from Afends recently and I'm pretty frustrated with how the sizing works out. The clothes themselves are actually really cute and the material quality is nice, but the sizing is all off. A large fits way smaller than a regular US medium, and even then the fit is weird. Some parts fit okay but the straps and shoulders are huge compared to the rest, making things basically unwearable because nothing lines up right. Going up or down a size probably wouldn't help because of how disproportionate everything is. The t-shirts I got were fine and fit decently, but anything more complicated like dresses or playsuits came out totally wrong.
