My feet swelled up and I got blisters because of the shoe's steep pitch and 2.5 inch heel height, which is basically just bad design. The shoes don't work for me anymore. When I explained this to customer service, they said I couldn't return them because I'd already worn them. I asked how else I'm supposed to check the fit without wearing them, and they had nothing to say. For $122 shoes that are poorly made and super uncomfortable, this is really disappointing. Their customer service and return policy are both terrible. I won't be shopping at ALDO again and would recommend brands that actually care about their customers.
