Impossible to get anyone to respond to emails and they don't answer phone calls either. But they have zero problem taking payment from your account. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. These people don't deserve your business.

Long time Alloy customer here but their customer service has always been basically nonexistent, especially when it comes to returns and exchanges. Different departments don't seem to communicate at all. Recently I sent back jeans for an exchange and placed a separate order for another pair. They got the return but when processing the new order something went wrong with my credit card - either a digit got dropped or their system messed up. Instead of calling the number I provided, they just let it sit there. Got frustrated seeing the status stuck on "to be picked" so I emailed support. That's when things got worse. Three different reps started emailing me and they were completely disconnected from each other. One mentioned my card got declined and when I asked them to just refund my original order, the email chain dragged on forever. They seemed unable to understand what I was asking for. Eventually I had to spell it out in the simplest terms possible and then got quoted a refund that was way smaller than expected. Turns out they charged me to return their subpar merchandise. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating.

This place used to be solid but has really fallen apart. Made a purchase in late August and still waiting for it. Tried emailing twice with no response. Called and got the runaround, finally heard that their computer system wasn't working, asked to speak with someone else and was basically denied. Told them to forget it and cancel. Thank goodness I use PayPal since at least my payment won't go through until they actually deliver.

Ordered some clothing and sent it back because the fit was wrong. I wanted to exchange it since I'd already paid for expedited return shipping. Took them weeks before the return showed up in their system. I ended up canceling and placing a fresh order instead. They took the money from my account instantly but my refund from the original order is still missing after three weeks. One rep said it would be credited to my card while another claimed it was being mailed. This is total confusion and frustration - they charge your account right away but getting money back is apparently impossible. Filed a complaint because this is ridiculous.

This dress fell short of what I was expecting. Similar issue to another one I got from them before. A different dress I ordered from another site met my standards though, so the problem is definitely on this company's end.
