I've ordered from Alp N Rock a few times and unfortunately the experience hasn't been great. I ran into problems with my store credit and had issues getting my refund processed correctly. The worst part was having to go back and forth so many times just to fix these mistakes. Every time I reached out to their support team, I got cookie-cutter responses that didn't actually address what I was asking about, which dragged everything out way longer than it should have been. The designs look cool and I appreciate the aesthetic, but the fabrics are mostly cotton and honestly the quality doesn't match the price tag, especially when you factor in how hard it is to get customer service. It's been a letdown overall and I'm not sure I'll place another order with them.

I sent back a couple of pieces that didn't work for me, one being tough to take off over my head and pants that felt way too bulky. I processed the return online the next day and asked for it to go back to my credit card. Instead of refunding my card like I requested, they keep sending me messages about using store credit for a few more days. I've tried getting ahold of their customer service team multiple times about this but haven't heard back from them at all.

This was my first time buying from Alp N Rock even though I'd been aware of them for years. With some ski trips coming up, I figured it was worth checking them out for winter apparel. I ended up dropping quite a bit of cash since their stuff isn't cheap. The order processing was solid and it shipped fast, even with holiday timing. When I had questions, they got back to me in about a day, but when I followed up with more, it took them four days to answer. Their website says they respond within one to two business days and this wasn't a weekend or holiday situation. Based on that experience, customer support clearly isn't their strength. Also, there's no phone number to call, which is frustrating. I'm just tired of companies that only offer email support these days. On top of everything, the clothes didn't feel worth what they were charging, whether sale items or full price. Yeah, I get that they're in California where things cost more, but when you're asking that much money, the quality should match.

I'd really suggest thinking hard before ordering straight from Alp-n-Rock. You might have better luck buying through another store instead. Getting in touch with them is a nightmare since they don't have a phone line, just email. Even then, you're looking at waiting multiple days between messages to get any kind of response. If you need to return something, it basically vanishes with zero tracking or confirmation. Beyond the communication issues, their prices are way too high for what you get. Most of their pieces are made from cotton, which honestly isn't the best fabric choice for winter sports. And if you dare mention that online, they'll delete your comment. Their social media only shows the positive stuff. Bottom line: this company seems disorganized and their products are more style than substance when it comes to actual ski gear.
