If they can't replace a basic handle, what is the warranty actually protecting? They're not honoring anything. Skip this brand.

The handle broke on my first trip. Now on my second trip the pull-out handle won't even retract properly. These bags are just not good. Basically junk.
After two trips, three of the wheels stopped spinning and two were completely worn out. Reached out asking for replacement wheels and we went back and forth over email several times where they kept requesting more information, measurements and additional pictures. I provided everything they asked for and then they said those specific parts are unavailable. Standard wheels! If they can't replace the most common parts that wear out on luggage, what's the point of having a warranty? They literally had my model number from my first email. It feels like they're just using the back and forth process to avoid actually honoring their warranty at all.
