The clothes look great but the stitching is terrible. All of it comes undone.

I bought a beautiful necklace and earring set and kept them stored safely, wearing them once in a while. When I took them out recently, the necklace chain was broken and had turned green in spots. Really let down by this. The earrings are fine, but I've had other jewelry pieces for way longer that still look perfect. This one just didn't hold up.

Got this handbag for work about 4 months ago. Within 2 months the handles started falling apart. Now the side linings are hanging off and it looks terrible. I was satisfied when I first got it, but since it hasn't held up well, I feel like I wasted my money.

Bought a pair of Anne Klein sunglasses at a standard price point and they broke after 14 weeks. I kept them in a case and only wore them a few times a week, so it wasn't from rough treatment. One day I went to put them on and one arm just snapped off at the joint. The other arm looked like it was about to break too. The craftsmanship is terrible. What's worse is when I tried to complain to Anne Klein, all I got back was an automated response from a bot. No matter how many times I replied or asked for a real person to read my email, I just got the same automatic message. They're clearly making cheap, low-quality products and not bothering to have actual people handle complaints. My advice is to skip Anne Klein entirely and buy sunglasses from somewhere else. I've gotten cheaper sunglasses that have lasted much longer.

I recently placed an order on the Anne Klein Canada outlet site. I got a confirmation saying the items would ship in 3 to 5 business days, but the company never sent me an email saying it actually shipped. They just never did. I think this company is a scam designed to take customer money when they shouldn't.

The watch has cheap parts. The diamonds fell out even though it's still covered under warranty. I've sent tons of emails and messages but haven't heard back. This brand is unprofessional.

I've purchased several items from this brand including underwear, pants, and shoes. After using them, I can say for sure the quality is poor. Skip this brand. Everything falls apart after just a few weeks of wearing.

There's nothing positive to say. I ordered a replacement watch band from the Anne Klein Australia site 3 months ago and still don't have it. According to their payment terms, my card gets charged when items ship - well, the money's gone but no shipment. I've emailed multiple times asking where it is, but all I get are excuses about customs and export delays, telling me to wait another 10 to 15 days. It's all nonsense. I feel like I've lost my money, but I'm going to keep bothering them with daily emails demanding a refund.

Anne Klein doesn't stand behind their warranties. I bought a band and watch face for my iWatch and registered the purchase online, which was supposed to provide warranty coverage. Crystals have popped out of both items. When I reached out to Anne Klein, they refused to honor the warranty. I'm sharing this so other buyers know how they treat customers.

I used to have an Anne Klein watch that lasted over 15 years before needing repair. They're wonderful and I love how they look. Since they're hard to find here, I ordered from the Anne Klein Australia site. Don't do it - it's a scam. They take your money, send you tracking info saying it was delivered, but it never shows up. They don't respond to emails and there's no way to contact them through the website. I wanted to warn other people so they don't get burned like I did.
