What Shoppers Say About Anneklein
Anneklein products consistently fail to meet durability expectations according to shoppers who left reviews. Customers report widespread quality issues including broken stitching that comes undone, jewelry that tarnishes and breaks despite careful storage, handbag handles and linings that deteriorate within months, sunglasses that snap after light use, and watch components like diamonds that fall out prematurely. Beyond product defects, shoppers also cite poor customer service, including unresponsive communication and orders that never shipped as promised.
The few positive reviews are outweighed by the overwhelming pattern of premature product failure. Even when items initially satisfy customers, they consistently deteriorate far sooner than expected for products at standard price points. Warranty coverage appears ineffective, with customers reporting difficulty obtaining responses from the company when seeking support for defective merchandise.

Sorted by: Most recentI ordered 2 dresses and earrings online. The dresses didn't fit right so I sent them back, but dealing with customer service was a nightmare. You can only communicate through email and their responses felt like copy-paste templates that didn't address my actual questions. They claimed they never got my return, but when I checked with the post office, it turned out the delivery was attempted at their location but the business was apparently closed. When I asked about their hours, I got no real answers. Eventually they said they got the return and only refunded me $19.92 less than what I paid. I paid for return shipping myself since there's no UPS location near me. Don't bother with this company - they're extremely difficult to deal with.
The Anne Klein website is a letdown and seems dishonest. They didn't ship part of my order and there's no way to talk to a real person. I called their toll-free number during business hours and after holding for a bit, a recording said all reps were busy and asked me to leave a message. When I started recording my message, the line just cut off. I tried three times with the same result. No human contact and no way to leave a message. I was charged for everything, but I only got the clothes - no shoes that I ordered and paid for. The website just says everything was "fulfilled" with no other info. Very disappointing and misleading.
Purchased an Anne Klein watch and it completely quit working in less than 2 months. Sent it to their service center and they said it would take 2 to 3 weeks just for maintenance. Not sure if it was a battery issue or something else, but this whole experience has been really disappointing. The product quality seems questionable and the situation overall was just bad. It was supposed to be a gift for my wife too.
These are the worst jeans I've ever bought. I have jeans that are 10 years old and never once had a grommet fall apart like this. The customer service was nonexistent - it took those people over a month just to tell me they wouldn't do anything about it. I'm never purchasing from this company again.
My experience shopping online with Anne Klein was bad from beginning to end. I had to visit the website three separate times before the sale would actually go through. When I needed to call customer service, they have no phone support - they just put you on hold and eventually disconnect you. Getting a return label was impossible too, and I hit the same customer service wall. I finally managed to return the item but didn't get my credit for more than 3 weeks. On top of that, they don't pay for return shipping. Plus they charged me an "Extend Shipping Protection" fee of $4.16 which gets tacked onto every order automatically unless you remember to opt out, and it can't be refunded. This whole company is a mess.
I bought a pair of Anne Klein leather boots and they're peeling in the back around the zipper! I'm very upset because I had trouble finding real leather boots in the first place. They shouldn't claim genuine leather if the material isn't actually genuine. My whole opinion of Anne Klein has changed - I probably won't even look at their stuff anymore.
Bought a watch while on vacation in April 2023. The salesman said repairs would be no problem to get done at home. Two months later, a screw holding the strap came loose. I took it to a watch repair shop and they said it was an unusual size they didn't have. So I contacted Anne Klein directly and they wanted to charge me 12 pounds just for a tiny screw to ship to me. I only paid 67 pounds for the watch in the first place just two months earlier, so paying that much for a single screw feels like a complete ripoff. That works out to about 1 pound per day I got to use it. My takeaway is never buy anything while traveling that you'd be upset about if it breaks. The salespeople are just trying to make a sale, and Anne Klein charges outrageous prices for replacement parts that are hard to find anywhere else. Big mistake.
I don't recommend ordering from Anne Klein's website. Don't place an order with them. They won't take responsibility when merchandise gets lost, even when they made the shipping address error on the label. Customer service is useless and they force you to follow their secret policies without telling you upfront - basically, once something ships, you're on the hook. If it gets lost and the courier can't find it, you lose your money and Anne Klein won't lift a finger. Stay away from this place. Their watches might look nice but they're expensive and not worth the risk of losing money due to their careless mistakes.
I placed an order in early December for a Christmas gift for my mom. They never told me the order was cancelled until I followed up weeks later with no updates. Then they said they'd refund me in 7 to 10 business days. A month passed and still no refund - same excuse about a "glitch" on their side. After sending emails every single day for a week and hearing the "glitch" story repeatedly, I finally got a refund, except it was only partial. They charged me shipping for an order that was never even shipped. I emailed them right away and they eventually refunded the rest. Bottom line: don't order from their sketchy website. Buy their clothes somewhere else because their site is full of weird "glitches" and the customer service people won't follow up.
