These cameras do what they're supposed to do! Got them delivered quickly and installing them was a breeze since I already had outdoor cameras set up. The pan and zoom features let us keep tabs on our pets while we're away from home.
I'm frustrated with how this system works. Accessing old videos has a noticeable delay and it's not user-friendly. The nighttime recording quality is absolutely poor compared to other cameras on the market. I've had this system for several years through another provider but I'm quite disappointed. The door camera is hit or miss. It functions sometimes but other times it's offline, and talking through it to people isn't smooth. I'm definitely going to replace this system soon.
I'm not satisfied with this setup overall. Looking back at saved recordings takes too long and is difficult to navigate. The low light performance is terrible compared to other brands I've used. I got this equipment years back through another company but have been really let down by it. The door bell camera is unreliable. Sometimes it responds and sometimes it doesn't, and having conversations through it is awkward. I'm planning on replacing the whole thing soon.
Avoid this entirely. What you're looking at here is a dishonest operation pretending to be a real company. Get yourself locked into a paid subscription and you won't be able to get out of it. Your best bet will be closing your credit card. Finding someone to help you is basically impossible. All you get in response is a generic message pointing to a so-called support page, but there's no real way to contact anyone on it. They give you one email address and when you use it, you get back a message saying you contacted the wrong one. Fair warning to everyone reading this.
Don't go with this company. It's basically a scam operation masquerading as a legitimate business. Once you commit to one of their subscription plans, good luck trying to cancel it. Your only real option ends up being cancelling your credit card entirely. Getting actual help is almost impossible. Whenever you try to reach out, you get a generic response with a link to their so-called support website, but it has zero useful contact information. The only email they provide bounces back saying it's the wrong address to contact. Seriously, steer clear of this one.
I decided to buy the pro 5 model mainly because I saw tons of positive feedback online about it. I have to say I'm let down. The application is needlessly complicated. If you want the camera and app features to actually work, you have to dial them back significantly, otherwise the battery dies before a single day passes. So having those features feels pointless. It's pricey equipment and honestly I expect better quality for that price point. I regret not sticking with my old security camera.
