What Shoppers Say About Armani Exchange
Armani Exchange receives overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with the vast majority reporting serious issues across customer service, product quality, and returns policies. Common complaints include refusal to process exchanges or returns (particularly when items are purchased on sale), failure to respond to customer inquiries, significant discrepancies between product photos and actual items received, and poor material quality that does not justify the price point. Shoppers also report frustration with shipping issues and inflexible policies regarding defective merchandise. A small minority of customers praise the design and craftsmanship of specific items like watches, noting sleek aesthetics and quality construction, though these positive experiences represent a distinct outlier among the feedback.
The store's return and exchange processes appear to be a primary source of frustration, with customers reporting difficulty obtaining refunds or replacements even for defective merchandise. Communication gaps and unresponsive customer service have also emerged as recurring themes. For shoppers considering purchases, the low overall rating and prevalence of quality concerns suggest significant risk, particularly for higher-value purchases.

Sorted by: Most recentI had an awful experience at the store at Aventura Mall recently. A manager named Benito refused to exchange a pair of jeans I'd purchased just 15 days before that had a broken zipper. He claimed that since I originally bought them on sale, I'd have to pay the difference to exchange them for a working pair. I told him that made no sense because the jeans should've been in perfect condition to begin with, and if there's a defect, it should be replaced at no charge. He wouldn't budge, insisting I cover the difference since the sale price wasn't available anymore. I pushed back, explaining that the store has a responsibility to take care of customers and that defective merchandise gets replaced without extra fees regardless of how much someone paid. I walked out extremely frustrated and let them know I wouldn't be coming back. A business that doesn't stand behind its products or respect its customers isn't worth my time.
I want to warn anyone thinking about shopping here after what I went through with this company. I saved up for a whole year to buy a gift for around $140 from their site. They shipped it via FedEx to a freight forwarder address that I'd specifically mentioned was closed. FedEx delivered it anyway to that closed location, marked it as delivered, and then admitted the package got lost. Here's the important part: FedEx sent them documentation stating that the sender, meaning Armani Exchange, had to be the one to file a claim. Despite getting that clear instruction from their own shipping company, customer service refused to file the claim or give me a refund. They ignore emails and keep closing my support tickets. I'm out both the item and my money, and they won't take any responsibility. They'll happily take your payment but won't stand behind their orders when something goes wrong with delivery. Customer service is completely unhelpful and dismissive. I've had to file complaints with the CFPB and my credit card company to try getting my money back. My suggestion: shop somewhere else. Don't give your money to a company that refuses to handle basic carrier issues.
The t-shirt I got looks nothing like the picture on the website and the actual fabric is completely different. When I asked about returning it, they haven't given me any response. I've emailed multiple times and get nothing back. This whole experience has been pretty terrible with them.
Just got an Armani Exchange Chronograph watch and it's really impressive. The look is really sleek and modern, feels nice on your wrist with that mix of style and class. The attention to detail is really noticeable in everything about it and the craftsmanship is top notch. Definitely worth it if you're after something fashionable and reliable. I'd definitely recommend it.
The quality of these products is just awful. The eyewear especially is a complete letdown. I can't believe they charge these prices for such poor quality materials. This brand is seriously one of the worst I've ever bought from. You should be embarrassed by how bad the items are. Nothing holds up. I've had things repaired and fixed multiple times but they keep falling apart.
I'm really disappointed with what happened at the Armani Exchange location at Northpark Mall. It's shaken my trust in this brand's customer service. I grabbed a new jacket while shopping Thursday evening and wore it out, then noticed a tear in the sleeve once I got home. I figured it was probably from other customers trying it on in the store, so I wasn't too upset. With a 30-day return policy, I figured I'd return it soon. But when I went back to return it on Sunday, I got a completely unreasonable response. The same manager and employee who helped me were there. Despite explaining calmly what happened, the manager named Isaac Flores said no. His reasons didn't make sense at all. He said I should've called right when the store closed Thursday or come back the next day. He was pretty unprofessional and accused me of ripping it myself. He also brought up that the tag had been removed as another reason to reject the return. The whole situation was handled...
Still waiting on my refund. Sent back the item on August 30th and messaged you on September 15th with no response at all. I'm going to be filing a formal complaint about this situation. If this doesn't get resolved in the next week, I'll be pursuing legal options. This needs to be handled right away.
Hope you never need to return something, because for a company this size, their returns process is an absolute mess. Their customer service is just as bad.
Really bad service. Don't shop here again. I picked up jeans while traveling and tried them on in the store. I get home and even though they're the same size and model, they fit totally different. I want to send them back but I don't live nearby and can't go to a store. They don't even offer online returns. Why should that matter? The whole returns system is broken.
Had a rough experience trying to exchange two t-shirts at the store location. Got them as a birthday gift and they were too large, so I headed over the next day to swap them out. The staff told me I couldn't do the exchange without a receipt, even though the items clearly had Armani Exchange tags and price labels still attached. They made me feel like I'd done something wrong by trying them on to check the fit. I shouldn't have needed a receipt when the merchandise was obviously theirs. I had to ask my friend for the receipt since I was leaving for a trip in two days. After getting back and finally having the receipt, I went to another location and they said they couldn't help because those items weren't in their system. They sent me back to the first store location, and once I got there again...
