Had a terrible experience with the staff and how they treated me. When I came in to return something, they just flat out said no without being respectful about it. The way I was spoken to was really disrespectful and rude. Not coming back.

You'd think a brand of their caliber would own up to manufacturing defects, but I was let down by how they handled it. They basically gave me the runaround: tried reaching the manager three times and got shot down each time, promised to respond within 48 hours but took a full week, never apologized for the quality issue or their own error, didn't explain anything about quality control, and sent multiple messages saying they wouldn't accept the return even though I offered to send photos showing the problem. I've never dealt with a company that refused to apologize for something like this. It's embarrassing. Won't be shopping there again.
