This company refuses to actually honor their return policy. They kept requesting label information and claimed they couldn't accept the return even though they said they'd donate it anyway. Total scam. I had to send pictures of every single side through email, which led to ten separate emails back and forth. In the end, they flatly refused to issue a refund. Stay far away from this company no matter what you're thinking about purchasing.

Paid a lot for this mattress expecting a decade of use. Within one year it was already sagging with visible body indents. We tried adding a topper and it didn't help at all. From reading other reviews, I learned that tons of people have this same experience and Avocado claims the sagging is normal so they deny refunds and replacements. After suffering for two years with back pain, we just threw the whole thing out. Do not buy an Avocado mattress.

They charged me but never actually created the order. When I asked what could be done, they said there was nothing on their end and told me to dispute it with my credit card company. Their representative was completely unhelpful, asked for proof which I provided, then just said sorry but we can't help. She seemed totally unbothered by how frustrating this was for me as a customer dealing with their broken system.

Got an Avocado King mattress with frame back in December for over four thousand dollars. Within two years the original mattress started showing body impressions, so they replaced it under warranty which was good. Unfortunately the replacement mattress developed the same problem with indentations of about one and a half to two inches. Getting the second replacement approved was way harder than it should have been, involving multiple rounds of paperwork and I had to file a complaint with the BBB to finally get some traction. On the positive side, they did eventually honor the warranty and send a replacement.

The bed frame arrived with a broken cross bar attachment. The support team is useless. They make you jump through hoops and can't actually solve anything. It seems like they've outsourced support to someone who just takes messages. I won't be buying from them again. The whole thing feels like overpriced, poor quality junk that wastes fuel getting shipped to you.

This entire experience was awful. I waited seven months to write this review to be sure my disappointment wasn't just about the terrible delivery but also the actual product itself. One of their delivery people verbally abused me during pickup. Looking past that nightmare, the bed frame that cost thousands of dollars squeaks constantly and requires rags and cloths shoved underneath to manage the noise. Their customer service is a joke. When I reported the delivery incident, they offered a fifty dollar store credit on a thirty-two hundred dollar purchase. I hadn't even opened the box yet to discover all the defects. That response is pathetic. You'll be wasting time and money on this company. The 'green' marketing label is deceiving. Honestly I think a rating of negative five to ten would be more appropriate, and many others would agree. Pay attention to how they blame third-party shippers and take zero responsibility. The delivery experience included someone using profanity repeatedly at me in a disrespectful manner. I'm updating this so others know to stay completely away.

The customer support here is terrible. I received a damaged mattress foundation a few days ago and have been calling and emailing customer service multiple times daily with no replacement authorization yet. All I get are emails saying there's a seventy-two hour wait on each request. When I call, they tell me it's impossible to connect me with a manager, and the local store says they have no authority to help. This has been the most stressful buying experience I've ever had.

Spent months waiting for the right product to arrive and got the wrong thing. When I asked them to send the correct item, they basically ignored me. They kept my gift card money and charged my credit card but delivered nothing. Completely horrible. They spend money on marketing showing great customer reviews, but if you look at real posts on social media that they don't control, you see the truth. This company is running a scam.

There's a major contradiction at this company that becomes obvious once you know what to look for, which is why I'm giving three stars. It's definitely mixed bag. The mattress itself is top notch, my partner has lots of sensitivities and is vegan so she had trouble sleeping anywhere, and the Vegan King mattress meets all her needs perfectly. She absolutely loves it and it's worth the money. However everything else they sell that isn't a mattress is another story. Each item is overpriced and has really poor design flaws, plus they ship through FedEx which makes any mistake worse. You end up waiting forever for replacements. The furniture is solid real wood which is nice, but they make basic engineering mistakes that cause failures. They glue an incorrectly shaped leg to the headboard and you've got a guaranteed weak point. Customer service doesn't care much normally, but if you get angry they become defensive. Whether that approach would actually help others, I'm not totally sure.

Ordered a quilt in October and spent two weeks sending frustrating emails trying to reach anyone at the company who could help. Nobody was reachable. I gave up and called my credit card company to cancel. This is a company you need to completely avoid.
