I had to send pictures of every single side through email, which led to ten separate emails back and forth. In the end, they flatly refused to issue a refund. Stay far away from this company no matter what you're thinking about purchasing.
Paid a lot for this mattress expecting a decade of use. Within one year it was already sagging with visible body indents. We tried adding a topper and it didn't help at all. From reading other reviews, I learned that tons of people have this same experience and Avocado claims the sagging is normal so they deny refunds and replacements. After suffering for two years with back pain, we just threw the whole thing out. Do not buy an Avocado mattress.
They charged me but never actually created the order. When I asked what could be done, they said there was nothing on their end and told me to dispute it with my credit card company. Their representative was completely unhelpful, asked for proof which I provided, then just said sorry but we can't help. She seemed totally unbothered by how frustrating this was for me as a customer dealing with their broken system.

They glue an incorrectly shaped leg to the headboard and you've got a guaranteed weak point. Customer service doesn't care much normally, but if you get angry they become defensive. Whether that approach would actually help others, I'm not totally sure.
