Sorted by: Most recentThe designs look nice and the fabric quality is solid, but these people are aggressive and dishonest, and their customer service is awful. When I had an issue and couldn't get help, I mentioned I'd dispute it with my credit card company. At that point they actually threatened me, saying it would take 6 to 8 weeks to resolve if I went that route. My credit card company had it fixed in less than a day. They also lied about getting a return I shipped back - luckily I had my tracking number from the carrier so I could prove it. Without that and my credit card company backing me up, I would've been completely stuck. Their tracking links also don't work, even though they send them. Check out Everlane if you want similar styles with actually decent customer service.
This company keeps sending me unsolicited mail and promotional materials even though I've repeatedly asked to be removed from their mailing list. This has been going on for almost two years now. On top of that, they've apparently shared my information with other sketchy clothing brands who are also bombarding me with unwanted mail. Just stay away from this place.
