When I tried calling, they only take calls during regular business hours Monday through Friday.
I absolutely loved the Babyliss Pro StyleSwitch blow dryer when I first got it. Used it 3 times over a couple weeks, and on the fourth time it overheated and shut down. It kept doing the same thing every time I tried to finish drying. Called customer service and they said I'd have to send it back before getting a replacement, though they cover the shipping. The problem started when the rep entered my email wrong, even after I spelled it out clearly. I never received any follow-up emails. A week later I called back and found out about the mistake, so they promised to send a new email. I got one about my complaint but was told to wait 24 to 48 hours for the shipping details. That never showed up either. I called again asking for rush shipping and they said no. Two weeks in and I still can't even send the dryer back. Our business ordered 13 clipper and trimmer sets and they started shorting out pretty quickly. The clippers and trimmers stopped working right, so we had to keep them plugged in constantly just to get them to run. When we asked for replacements while the faulty ones were being returned, they refused. For a $5000 order from a franchise operation, the treatment was incredibly disappointing. We're definitely switching to a different brand next time.
I picked up a straightener, curling iron, and wave iron and all three are terrible. The straightener quit after just 5 uses. The other two need tons of product sprayed on them to make anything last. I spent $400 on these tools and they're completely useless. On top of that, customer service won't respond. I can't recommend this stuff to anyone.
