I'm really upset about this purchase. I bought these shoes to wear to multiple weddings and after storing them for a few months, the adhesive on the straps and the decorative gems started to corrode and stain the ivory fabric, then all the gems fell off. I contacted customer support hoping for help, but they just said it was outside the warranty period. It's heartbreaking because the shoes were lovely before that happened, and I spent $350 on them planning to wear them to my own wedding too. I'll never buy from this brand again.

I would rate this lower if I could. The shoes I got were clearly pre-owned and sent back by someone else. When I contacted customer service about it, they were pretty dismissive and insisted they don't sell used items. I even sent photos showing visible scuff marks on the right shoe, but they just apologized and said the condition wasn't what I'd expect yet still wanted me to pay to return them. What a complete waste of money and time. I'm never ordering from them again. Fair warning to anyone thinking about shopping here.

Steer clear unless you're 100 percent sure about your shoe size and fit. I ordered from them, the shoes turned out to be too tight, so I sent them back expecting a smooth refund process. A month has passed and I still haven't received my money back. I've sent countless emails to their support team with no luck. I'm completely stuck and don't know how to get my refund.

Really disappointing. The size wasn't right, and even though I returned the shoes, I haven't gotten my money back after two months. I've emailed them repeatedly with no response. Plus, I had to pay for return shipping out of my own pocket.

I bought a pair of their kitten heel ankle strap shoes online and was really let down by the quality when they arrived. I tried to return them but the company told me they can't accept returns because the shoes were marked as final sale. What frustrated me even more was that the website didn't clearly mention that these shoes couldn't be returned or refunded before I completed my purchase.

Major warning sign here. I bought 2 pairs of shoes for about £400 and the return policy clearly stated full refunds within 30 days. When I submitted my return online, the system showed only £270 would be refunded and the company refused to explain the £130 difference. Absolutely unacceptable. Now I'm down £130 with no answers. They should have mentioned this charge before taking my order.

I regret not checking reviews before ordering. I placed an order in the wrong size and they suggested I cancel it, which I did. I got confirmation that the cancellation went through and that my refund was being processed. Then I placed a new order in the correct size, which arrived fine. But they never refunded the original order. I had to dispute it with my credit card company and they approved the refund. Yesterday I got an email saying they're challenging that refund. This morning I got a notice from the company that they'd shipped the cancelled order! Turns out they're sending the very shoes they supposedly cancelled and refunded. Don't do business with them unless you want to get ripped off.

I'm so grateful for my beautiful sandals that arrived from the US to Europe in just 2 days. Incredible shipping speed! I was really uncertain about sizing since I typically wear UK 6.5 or European 39-39.5, so I decided to order using the centimeter and inch measurements to be safe. That turned out to be the right call. My 5cm heel open sandal in size 9.5 fits perfectly. The customer service team was fantastic when I needed to cancel and reorder the correct size via email. These sandals are gorgeous, soft, and super comfortable. I'd definitely recommend Badgley Mischka to anyone looking for quality footwear for special occasions.

The shoes I received were defective with poor construction. This company operates like a scam and refuses to take responsibility for VAT charges even though they have an IOSS registration number. I checked with my country's customs office and they confirmed the VAT should have been refunded since I already paid it, but the company doesn't care. I would never purchase from them again. They're not legitimate and they're stealing from customers.

The customer service here is absolutely awful. I ordered shoes twice and both times received worn or damaged pairs. They refuse to do exchanges for any reason, which makes dealing with them a nightmare. Getting someone to respond is nearly impossible, and when they do answer, they act like they couldn't care less about making things right. Waiting for refunds takes forever. I needed shoes for my wedding and had to buy from somewhere else instead.
