I even called several times and offered to pay for replacement parts and shipping myself, but they kept saying they'd look into it and then disappeared. I won't be shopping with them again.
My order took longer than expected to ship because of delays with their carrier, and then things got worse when the package got stuck at customs in my country and was sent back. I reached out directly to address the problem and asked for a refund, sending multiple emails. Nobody got back to me for over three weeks. It's really frustrating when a company won't respond to customer inquiries.
