They weren't particularly pleasant about it either. It seems odd that they wouldn't want to take care of a new customer with some kind of discount. I'm not planning to shop there again.

But the very next day, I got an email saying I need to contact the PO myself and have them reroute my stuff, on my own dime. I needed those items for a trip and won't get them in time. I really wish I'd gone with a different company that handles shipping issues better.
