The customer service here has consistently been solid. My main complaint is that after almost nine years of ordering business supplies from them, a lot of what I used to get is now gone from their catalog. Basic stuff like ribbon has disappeared, and since I need ribbon for every bag I use, I'm now having to shop elsewhere. It's a hassle, and I'm looking for a vendor who can handle all my needs in one spot.

I wanted to complete my purchase today to take advantage of the 20% off promotion running through May 31st. When I tried to enter the promo code during checkout, it wouldn't go through. I went back to the main page to refresh and try again, but when I returned to my cart, the entire 20% discount promotion had vanished from the website! The sale was supposed to go until June 1st, and today is May 31st. Really disappointed.

Quality merchandise. I was hoping to hit $500 to qualify for free shipping, but unfortunately most of the items I wanted were either low stock or completely sold out, so I fell short. Would be great if there was more inventory so I could reach that threshold.

Over the years I've consistently been happy with everything from Bags and Bows. Been shopping here for a long time. One thing that frustrated me was when the apple green gable boxes in the 8 x 5 size weren't in stock, so I had to settle for the black version instead. Would love to see that apple green come back in the future.
