The customer service team here is really solid. They sent me a sample of their blanket super fast, which I appreciated even though it wasn't quite the color I was after. The quality and price were both spot on though. After chatting with them a couple times, I went ahead and ordered 4 cases for an event. Everything arrived right on schedule and actually quicker than expected. The color matched what was shown online perfectly. One issue I ran into was that 3 of the 4 boxes arrived damaged or open, and some blankets came loose. They're shrink wrapped so nothing got damaged, but loose boxes mean products could have gone missing or gotten stolen in the wrong location. Could be the shipper's fault or UPS, but those boxes seem pretty fragile or poorly packed. Anyway, I'm happy with what I got and would tell my friends about this company. Thanks for the speedy service.

Really disappointed with this experience. They canceled my order twice and each time blamed it on their fraud review system checking things like IP addresses and cookies. Seems like they pick and choose which orders to actually fulfill and make up excuses when they don't want to handle something. The owner came across as sketchy, tracking everything way more intensely than necessary. Got accused of fraud which felt unfair. I'm not going back and I'd suggest looking at other options in the same price range. This feels like someone running things from their home setup without real infrastructure or proper business practices. He's clearly frustrated that his choices are costing him customers but instead of fixing things, he's just letting his reputation suffer.

Placed an order for 4 boxes of backpacks and got confirmation right away with a charge to my credit card, but that's where the communication stopped. Never got any info about processing or delivery timing except the charge notification itself. And here's the real problem - no delivery confirmation either. I'm heading out for work one morning and there's suddenly 4 boxes just sitting on my sidewalk outside. Living in the Bronx, you can imagine how I felt finding them like that. Three boxes were fine but the fourth one was open. Really makes you question the level of care they put into customer service.
