Orders occasionally get crossed or misplaced, but they've always been accommodating about sending replacements or crediting your account, which shows they care. What I'd love to see is them offering better perks to repeat customers like me. The staff is knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help you find what you're looking for.

This company has basically no customer service. I shipped back an item a month ago using their prepaid label through postal service and still haven't gotten my refund. I've sent multiple emails with zero response. Called their phone line and got stuck on hold for over an hour without speaking to anyone. The tracking shows they got my package and the system said I'd see my money within a couple days, but nothing has happened. Definitely be careful before ordering from them.

The delivery takes forever. Why does it take them so long to get orders out the door? Sometimes it's a full week before your package even ships.

I will not be ordering from this retailer anymore. When I called to check on my order status, I learned they'd attempted delivery but no one was home. They never left a notice or sent me any notification about the shipment or tracking info. I only found out because I called them myself. Once I got the tracking number, I discovered the courier had tried to deliver but also failed to locate my address initially. The shipping company they use is absolutely unreliable. Banana Republic is responsible both for choosing such a poor carrier and for not notifying me that my items were even being shipped. I regularly shop online through other retailers using DHL, UPS, and other carriers who do a much better job. Even this particular courier has improved their service, but they're still falling way behind. Now I'm told my full order is with them but won't arrive for another week. This whole experience has been incredibly stressful and time consuming, and I'm still not confident I'll actually receive my items.
