Their website is well designed and simple to use. They often have great deals, especially their extra discounts that stack on top of sale prices. I can't speak to their premium or heritage lines, but their basic items tend to fade and lose shape after just a few washes. I've noticed this with polos and regular t shirts. Their outerwear and denim seem to hold up better though.

I bought a shirt online for my son and followed my normal routine of washing everything before the first wear. When it came out of the wash, it looked worn out, incredibly wrinkled, and had shrunk. I wanted to return it to the local location and was told they wouldn't take it back because it had been washed. I questioned whether the item had any quality guarantee for after a single wash and was told no. When I asked to speak with management, I got a supervisor on the line who basically said it was the store manager's call and maybe I could try a different location. Our closest alternative store is an hour away. If you're someone who washes new clothes before wearing, do not buy from this company.
