What a hassle this turned out to be. I got sent something completely different from what I ordered and they never shipped the correct item at all. I did what they asked, sent back the wrong thing, and ordered the right one, but my refund disappeared into a black hole. Months went by, and it wasn't until February when I followed up that I got a message saying I'd see the money in ten business days. The cotton work shirts are acceptable if you care for them properly, and the blue denim is decent enough. But I bought a cream pair of jeans that started pilling the moment I touched them, before I'd even washed them once. Honestly, I could buy three or four pairs of comparable or better quality jeans secondhand for what one pair costs here. I love the way Banana Republic fits me and their designs, but I can't justify buying clothes that wear out so fast.
