This place is a total scam. They charge your card right away but don't actually have items in stock. Then they keep your money locked up indefinitely. I won't be ordering from them again or from their other brands either unless you enjoy getting ripped off.

I bought a longer chain here to go with a gift I'd received that didn't fit right. When I tried to open the clasp, it snapped off completely. I had purchased the extended warranty, so I figured getting a replacement would be easy. A week later, they told me I had to send it back, wait for my money, and then buy another one. That made no sense to me. I called customer service and they said I should definitely be able to get a replacement under the basic warranty without any trouble. They scheduled what they said would be an exchange appointment for me, and when I showed up they gave me the exact same runaround. I've been shopping with this company forever and I'm absolutely done. This chain turned out to be junk, and I'd rather support a local jewelry shop going forward.
