They never responded to any emails and wouldn't process my return even though the dress was brand new and unworn. Honestly even 1 star feels too generous for how they treated me.
I wish I could give them zero stars instead of one. I placed an order on May 5th and almost a month later it showed as shipped but then just sat there stuck. I sent four separate support emails and didn't get a response until June 12th when they told me the order had been refunded and returned. Zero explanation provided. Such a disappointing experience from what's supposed to be a major brand.
I own a gorgeous skirt from this brand that's decades old and I've tried purchasing from them again recently to find something similar. Unfortunately the clothing quality just isn't what it was. I bought an item before it went on sale, but then it showed up marked down and suddenly became ineligible for returns. I can't seem to get anyone on the phone to help. The stuff they're selling now isn't worth the hassle, especially when you can't return or exchange anything. Better off checking out competitors with actual brick and mortar locations.

This company is terrible. I placed an order at 2:30 in the morning and called to cancel by 7:30 am, but they refused. They said I'd have to pay $9 to return a free shipping order worth over $1200. Even when I talked to a supervisor she fed me excuses saying the order was already processed and there was nothing they could do 5 hours later. I'm never ordering from them again and neither should you. They're frustrating and unpleasant to work with.

They won't refund you unless you basically hunt them down and remind them. I bought 2 items for my kids and one didn't fit so I returned it. But I had to pay $5 for return shipping on top of the $8 I already paid for delivery, which seems like they're charging extra for shipping in different ways. After returning it after 39 days it took forever to get a refund. When I finally called and they looked it up in their system the lady immediately processed it and apologized. But when I checked my account they deducted both the $8 original shipping and the $5 return shipping for a total of $13! I wouldn't have gotten refunded at all if I hadn't called them, and if I'd lost that tracking number I never would have gotten my money back. They make it nearly impossible to get refunds. I'm done shopping there for good.
I placed an order during their massive 80% off clearance event on 9/13 and now it's 10/23 with still no delivery. Haven't received any shipping confirmation either, so I'm starting to think my order never actually shipped. Called their customer service multiple times but nobody picks up. Really disappointed with how this turned out.
Their customer service and organization are a complete mess. I ordered 11 items during final sale and was stoked about the price I got. They shipped me 1 item.
