I grabbed about 15 items during their 80% off promotion and got 2 of them within days of ordering. It's been roughly 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything about the rest. The old brand support line doesn't work anymore, and when I call the main number the rep can't access my order because of some system merger. Why run a sale if you don't have the stock to back it up? This looks terrible for the company and shows really poor customer service.

Absolutely the worst shopping experience. Don't even consider buying from them. My product took a month to arrive and I had to call customer service several times, which meant spending over an hour trying to get someone on the line. And even worse, the quality has gone downhill while their prices have stayed high. Definitely never ordering again.
