Ended up waiting seven weeks for delivery. These were supposed to be for Christmas and by then they were completely pointless. I've gotten better and faster service from international companies. This was absolutely ridiculous.
My delivery was a mess and getting help was unhelpful. They assumed I wanted a refund when my package had been stolen but not actually delivered. Won't be ordering online from here ever again.
No complaints about the service itself, but the Morgan and Finch linen sheets I bought are absolutely terrible quality. They stretch out while you're using them and become way too long. Plus they shed so much fuzz that it ruins your other bedding. For the price I paid, I expected a quality product but these are the worst sheets I've ever owned. Throwing them out and going back to cotton.
You really need to address the behavior of one of your staff members at the Randwick location from Saturday, April 6, 2024. This person was genuinely frightening and seemed mentally unstable. Customers shouldn't be treated like this in any store, let alone somewhere that's supposed to be nice. Please get better training in place so staff treat people with basic politeness and respect.
The service has been awful. Ordered items two weeks ago and they're still stuck on 'picked up request' status. This is definitely my last time ordering from them.
Had a disappointing interaction with a senior staff member at one of the stores on February 23, 2024. They came across as short, dismissive, and full of themselves, which shocked me since I'd been there before. They didn't have my item and their unfriendly attitude killed any interest I had in spending more there. It's lost that real warmth it used to have. I decided to try another location instead and had two friendly, genuine staff members help me. I bought something and I'm now a customer at that store instead.
A manager at one of the locations on Friday, February 23, 2024 was dismissive and rude, acting way too entitled. I was really surprised by this since I'd shopped there before and it used to be friendly. They didn't have what I wanted and their attitude completely turned me off from spending more money there. The vibe wasn't genuine anymore. After that experience, I went to a different location and two staff members there were wonderful and real. I actually made a purchase and plan to shop there going forward.

Bought a coverlet and pillowcases for $240. After five months the colors just faded out even though I barely used them, just threw them on as a cover at night and took them off in the morning at a beach house. Looks awful now. Asked for a refund and got told that fading is just normal wear and tear, so they won't help. After five months that seems crazy. Applied for a refund and finally got an email saying I could bring it into a store for them to look at. Not sure that's going to help though.
Still no customer service response since late May. I've tried reaching out multiple times. A pair of pants from a pajama set never came, but I can't get the item resent, a refund, or even an acknowledgment. Three weeks with nothing. If you're going to mess up an order, at least respond to your customers about it. Australian businesses should be able to get back to people in this amount of time.
