Walked into the Queensland location and was greeted warmly right away. A staff member named Megan helped me decide on quilt covers with tons of product knowledge. She took the time to display a few options on a bed so I could see them properly rather than just looking at images. Having brought a bedroom photo along, she gave great design advice too. This person is a valuable asset to the store and management should recognize that.

Had an amazing time shopping at one of the locations in Queensland. The moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. A staff member named Megan was incredibly helpful with picking out bedding, showing real expertise about their products. She even pulled out different options and laid them on a bed so I could see the full design instead of just staring at pictures. She also looked at a photo I'd taken of my bedroom and gave fantastic interior design suggestions. The management should know they've got a real gem on their team.

Awful online customer service. My package got caught up in flooding in Auckland in January 2023 and was returned to sender. Nobody from the company has contacted me about getting a refund or resending it. There's no phone number for online orders. Asked through their online form five or six times with no replies.

Worst experience with any company. Bought sheets for $299 and they got sent to a different address with a similar road name several miles away, despite being addressed correctly. Tried calling but there's no customer service phone line, just incredibly slow email responses. When they finally got back to me, they basically said they weren't going to track down the parcel. Absolutely terrible.

The team at the local mall location was incredibly rude and unprofessional when I returned something I'd just bought days before with my receipt in hand.
