I ordered 3 items but only got 1 in my package. If I don't get a proper response, I will be pursuing legal action. Really let down by this.

The actual products are fine, but getting help from customer service is a nightmare. They don't respond to messages and there's no phone line or way to lodge complaints. I had to send back a t-shirt that wasn't the right size and place another order, so they got paid twice. Despite them promising a refund within 3 to 5 days, they haven't responded or given me my money back. Shop here only if you're 100 percent certain about your sizing since dealing with returns and getting customer support is a real headache.

Customer service here is basically non-existent. I received an expensive pair of shoes with bad stitching and I'm still waiting for Ben Sherman to do anything about it. This whole situation is frustrating.

Got a pair of slippers that had issues right out of the box. Since they were marked as final sale, the company wouldn't accept a return. On top of that, sunglasses I ordered never showed up in my shipment. It's really disappointing because I used to be a fan of Ben Sherman, but they've clearly started using cheaper materials while keeping prices the same or even raising them. Their support team was absolutely unhelpful. Be careful before you buy from them.

I ordered a pair of school shoes and the sole separated from the shoe after just one month. After the replacement arrived, the exact same thing happened six weeks later. This is nowhere near the standard I've come to expect from Ben Sherman over the years. Their quality has clearly gone downhill. I won't be purchasing their shoes anymore.

Got a shirt that gave me a rash when I wore it. Their response was to blame me for not washing it first and suggest that fragrance on the shirt irritated my skin. They refused to issue a refund, saying there was nothing wrong with the items. This is overpriced stuff with bargain-bin quality.

I bought white sneakers and after wearing them just four times they started cracking. These will be headed to the trash soon. Even knockoff shoes from discount retailers hold up way better than this. I have quite a few shoes and these are honestly the worst pair I've ever owned. Don't waste your money on Ben Sherman footwear.

Purchased some Ben Sherman shoes a couple months back and one of them split right at the heel, which is something I've never experienced even with budget-friendly brands. I wish I'd read other people's feedback first since the durability on these is pretty terrible.

I received a Ben Sherman belt as a gift and it fell apart after three weeks. When I called customer service, they told me to get the person who gave it to me to handle the return instead of helping me directly. I filled out a feedback form giving them a low rating based on my experience with that agent, and I never heard back. This company's customer service is poor at best. There are much better options out there.

The returns process here is the worst I've experienced. The website is poorly designed and forces you to use a specific return service. I only ordered because other retailers had better options. The only return location I can actually access during business hours refuses to accept packages because they don't have space. It's pretty ridiculous for a brand charging premium prices, especially when they've become kind of tacky anyway.
