This company has terrible clothing quality, shady business practices, and pathetic customer service. I've been shopping with Ben Sherman for years but I'm done now. I ordered three pairs of shorts, got charged for all three, but only received two. The website showed they only had two in stock to begin with, yet I was still billed for three. Plus the shorts I got were way lower quality than the same style from a few years ago. When I asked for a refund on the missing pair during the return window, they said no because they claimed they sent three pairs and I didn't request the refund soon enough. I've been going back and forth about this for weeks with emails to prove it, but they keep giving me the same excuse. This company is dishonest and untrustworthy.

These boots are terrible quality and I'd give them zero stars if possible. I bought Chelsea boots less than four months ago and I'm already wearing through the soles. After just six weeks the soles had cracked badly. I only wear them for about thirty minutes once a week too. A complete waste of money. My other boots have lasted two years of heavy use and are still going strong.
