I've been shopping with them for years and have recommended them to lots of people. The quality is solid and I actually think the prices are fair for what you're getting. But they really need to get their act together right now. My last shipment dragged on forever and I had to send multiple emails just trying to find out where it was. Eventually it did show up and the quality is the same great stuff I've always loved. To be clear, this is the only bad experience I've had with them. Everything else has been fantastic.
These pants are absolutely fantastic but my recent purchase has been stuck in limbo for going on five months now. It was paid in full and supposedly sitting in their warehouse ready to go, yet every time I ask for a status update I get a different story. I really wish their support team was as good as the actual clothing.

The only decent thing I could grab recently was a pair of jeans, and honestly that's basically all they've got left. Their supposed sales never have my size available, and when they do have my size, it's stuck in the most awful pastel colors. The 80s called and they want their fashion back. That's basically what's happening here with these retro colors. Stop promoting sales when average sized folks like me in 14/16 are never going to find anything in stock.

Four weeks to get two pairs of pants? That's way too long. If you're thinking about ordering, prepare yourself for a long wait. Also be careful buying these as gifts because there's no telling when they'll actually arrive.
