There's literally no way to reach anyone with a question. They got rid of phone support and the website is a total nightmare to navigate. I'm trying to figure out why my account shows charges for two items when I was told only one actually shipped. I need some real answers here.

They tout free shipping and free returns. But when I sent back a seventy dollar pair of yoga pants, they kept seven ninety-five out of my refund. The pants were no better than anything you can grab for ten to twenty bucks at any other store anyway.

I basically live in BetaBrand stuff these days. Since finding their dress yoga pants, I haven't really worn anything else to the office and I work as an attorney where you need to look put together. I also love giving their shirts and jackets to my grown kids and they're always happy to get them. Plus BetaBrand makes it super easy to return or exchange things if you need to. The stuff lasts forever and holds up great in the wash. Why wouldn't you love them? I'm always telling people about them.
