Sorted by: Most recentGot stuck on the side of the road with no help. I've been paying for their membership since spring of 2025. They texted back right away saying they got my request for roadside help. Then about 13 minutes later another text came through saying they couldn't help me and would be looking into other options. After that I spent an hour going back and forth with phone calls and messages trying to figure out what was happening, but they left me there. I sent them an email on the same day to let them know how upset I was. They finally emailed me back a couple days later saying they'd look into the situation. It's been over two weeks now and I haven't heard a word from anyone since then. When I first signed up last spring, I mentioned to them that I live out in the country and asked if that might be a problem. The person told me not to worry about it at all, that it definitely wouldn't be an issue. I took their word for it but maybe that was a mistake. At 77 years old and dealing with disability, I really shouldn't have been left in that position. This kind of experience shouldn't happen to anyone, especially someone in my situation. If you're in a city or suburbs they might be able to help, but honestly I'd suggest looking elsewhere before going with them.
