Booked through the website for a European airport. Got a fantastic little Fiat 500. Pickup and return both went smoothly without any problems. The staff member at the counter was really helpful and made things easy. This is why I stick with known companies - straightforward transactions, nice cars, and staff who know what they're doing.

We landed at Palma airport on a Sunday evening in March. The airport was quiet and the rental desk had no line. The agent Carmen walked us through the paperwork quickly since we'd registered ahead of time online. She offered us vehicle options and directed us to pick up our keys nearby, which was hassle free. The car was clean, comfortable, and dependable although it showed external wear from hard use. Inside was perfectly maintained. We filmed the vehicle at both pickup and return like we were advised. Nine days later when returning, the agent Victoria checked it over and cleared it immediately. Our credit card hold was removed completely and right away. Some of the other reviews mention problems, but our experience in Palma was smooth and professional from start to finish.

Got a Santa Fe which was better than anything I'd rented before. The person at pickup was fantastic too. She's definitely a valuable team member.
