What Shoppers Say About BioBidet
BioBidet shoppers who rate the product highly praise its durability, straightforward installation, and long-term reliability. Five-star reviewers report units functioning flawlessly for years, appreciate the water-saving benefits and reduced toilet paper consumption, and highlight features like adjustable settings, effective drying functions, and specialized functions. However, a significant portion of one-star reviews cite serious concerns about customer service and warranty support, with shoppers reporting difficulty obtaining repairs, unresponsive support channels, and unhelpful solutions when products fail. The disconnect between product performance and after-sales support appears to be a critical pain point for dissatisfied customers.
Installation and basic operation receive consistent positive feedback across reviews, with users noting the process is straightforward and the units perform as advertised. The product itself appears well-built and capable of extended use when functioning properly. The central complaint revolves around what happens when issues arise: limited service center availability, slow warranty processing, strict shipping requirements for returns, and an overall lack of responsive customer support infrastructure, which may pose risks for buyers outside major service areas.

Sorted by: Most recentWe've had one of these on our toilet for five years without any problems. Installation was straightforward and it works exactly like it did from day one. We're completely satisfied with ours. Honestly, it'll transform your bathroom experience. You'll save a fortune on toilet paper. Just installed a second one in our main bathroom. Can't recommend it highly enough.
Getting warranty repairs was a nightmare. It took weeks just to get the return process going, and I had to keep calling to speed things up. They warn you they'll toss your bidet if you don't follow their strict shipping procedures perfectly. Removing it required swapping out the water valve and installing a regular toilet seat, which I had to buy separately since I threw away the original one thinking this thing would last forever. Still waiting to see whether they'll actually fix it or just scrap it.
Bought the BioBidet 2000 and couldn't ask for better. Putting it in was a breeze, and over the past six months it's run perfectly. We like to test things out for a while before reviewing so we can give you the full picture. It's got lots of different settings, a drying function that actually works, and is built really well. Sure, there's a learning curve with all those options, but once you get the hang of it, you're all set.
Their customer service is basically nonexistent. I bought mine from a local shop, and when it quit working after a couple weeks, that shop had already shut down. No service centers nearby, and BioBidet's solution? Buy another one from someone else. Total disaster. Stay away from this outfit.
Got myself a BioBidet during the lockdown and also splurged on a pricey Toto model. Hands down, the BioBidet wins because of that enema function. I never imagined I'd actually use it, but turns out I do ALL THE TIME. When I overindulge in desserts and things get backed up, this feature is a lifesaver! The heating and fan settings on both units don't really work for me unless I want to sit around for half an hour waiting to dry. You'll still need some toilet paper to pat yourself dry, but honestly I use maybe a quarter of what I used to since it's just for drying, not cleaning. Four years in and couldn't be happier. Seriously, if you're on the fence about getting a bidet seat, jump in. They're genuinely AWESOME.
Simple setup process and performs really well. Drastically cuts down on tissue usage.
Grabbed a BioBidet a couple weeks back and absolutely loved it. Went so well that we decided to put one in our second bathroom too. Super happy with both purchases!
Installation was incredibly straightforward. I ordered the HD-7000 and had everything set up and running in just thirty minutes. I'm not particularly skilled with this sort of thing and was worried it might be complicated, but it turned out to be really simple.
I appreciate the bidet concept, but BioBidet isn't the company to buy from based on my experience. My daughter got a bidet from a different brand and hasn't had any of our problems. Ours is a BB600 and it's been a disaster with constant repairs. We've sent it back three times over a year and a half, each time six to nine months apart. Started with factory paint defects (gray blotchy spots), then the water tank leaked and needed fixing, leaked again six months later and got repaired, then leaked a third time. Now the tank heater is shot and they're offering some discounted deal on a replacement. Here's the thing though: every email takes a week or ten days to get a response, so everything drags on forever. I've sent three emails about getting a new unit and they've ghosted me. The original seat was about $400, and every repair included a $35 to $50 shipping charge. Their support is unreliable and this is unacceptable. I like the bidet idea, but I would absolutely NOT buy from BioBidet again because of all this frustration and dealing with them for year and a half without any real solution.
Really liked the product until it stopped working. Had a 6800 series for around five years when the hinge finally gave out. Tried ordering a replacement but their website is a total pain to navigate. Eventually got an order through, though somehow it switched to a different model in my cart without me noticing. They shipped it, charged me, and now want me to cover return shipping. The support team moves slowly and isn't very helpful solving problems. The bidet itself is solid, but stay away from their customer support and website ordering.
