I only tried them on once and never actually wore them. When I got back home I realized I should have gone with the next size down which they didn't have. I emailed asking about an exchange or return and they said no way. They told me my only options were to sell them used online or make the trip back to Salt Lake City to return them in person. So I'm stuck with them. That's the last time I'm dealing with this company.
Don't throw your money at this brand. Bought a head lamp and it was defective right out of the box. I contacted them immediately about the issue and they offered a thirty percent discount on a replacement. This thing came with a three year warranty but that piece of paper was worthless. Really upset that I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. Skip this company entirely.
Just talking about the website here: This has to rank up there with the worst websites I've ever tried to use. I've attempted it with multiple browsers and even tried on different computers with all my security settings adjusted, but nothing works. They really threw away a ton of money on whoever designed this thing. The actual products are really good, so it's a shame their online store is so broken. Picked up Hill Sound cleats for seventy nine dollars and they've been solid for an entire season. Just avoid this brand.
