Don't get me wrong, the team handled everything professionally, but I can't overlook how expensive this place is. Our group of about thirty people showed up expecting the 35 percent discount we had discussed beforehand. Unfortunately, when I checked the final bill for eight days of ski rentals, it came to roughly 550 CAD, and I'm pretty sure that discount never actually got applied. On top of that, we were told we'd get brand new equipment, but the skis I received were clearly several years old and worn. From what I've heard, the rest of our group felt exactly the same way about their rentals and pricing.

Every single time I've rented from them, they deliver right on schedule. The gear they provide is in fantastic condition, and the staff treating us has been genuinely friendly and helpful.
