This makes absolutely no sense to me since their own product showed up at my house in unacceptable condition, yet they won't take back anything temperature sensitive. I explained that I really liked the company and wanted to continue shopping there, just needed the pills shipped properly. I had previously ordered their infant probiotic and it arrived in great condition. They flat out refused to help and now I have to shop elsewhere. With two small kids at home, I would have been a loyal customer spending hundreds of dollars with them over the years, but instead their support team just said they're sorry and won't do anything about it.
The shipping took longer than they promised. Also, the label warns about exposure to lead, mercury, and cadmium but the print is so tiny you can barely read it. When I tried to return it, they refused because the package was open. Why would a company sell something with these warnings and make the warning almost impossible to see? Don't buy from this place.

Absolutely terrible customer service experience. I ordered probiotics that were supposed to arrive within 2 to 4 days but it took a week, and when it showed up the ice pack had melted during shipping. By day 5 I got fed up and bought a bottle from a local store since I couldn't wait anymore. When I contacted support about this, the representative was unhelpful and the manager was even worse. They refused to give me a refund. Avoid this company.
Terrible service and even worse support team. You'll end up having to constantly follow up on your order just to find out where it is, and honestly I'm still unsure if mine will ever show up. Placed it in early January and still waiting. It's pretty clear why there are way more bad reviews than good ones on this site.
