Got some infant probiotics ordered but the package got held up in Texas during a massive heat wave with temps over 110 degrees. I tried to stop the order or return it because I knew the probiotics would be ruined by the time they reached me in Connecticut. Customer service wasn't helpful at all and gave a strange explanation about how probiotics are still fine even though they ship them with an ice pack. I'm out $40 and never got the quality product I paid for.
I placed an order for a single item and the very next day I got an email saying my order was canceled because they didn't have enough stock to send it out and my charge would be reversed. The weird part is that same item is still listed as available on their website right now.

Absolutely awful customer service experience. I made my first purchase and then got an email saying I was blocked from the site because I ordered too much product. It was all for business use, not resale, but instead of reaching out to talk about it like normal people, they threatened to contact the manufacturer to prevent them from selling to us. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever seen and I've seen plenty. I wouldn't give these people a single dollar based on how they handle their customers.
