What Shoppers Say About Breezeline
Breezeline is rated 1.2 out of 5 by 21 shoppers, with the vast majority reporting serious issues. Customers consistently report frequent service outages, WiFi disconnections occurring multiple times daily, significant speed degradation (advertised speeds not being delivered), and buffering problems with streaming services. Multiple reviewers also describe aggressive retention tactics during cancellation calls and unexpected equipment fees after service termination.
The few positive experiences are vastly outnumbered by complaints about customer service being dismissive and unwilling to resolve problems. Shoppers report that promotional pricing expires and bills spike dramatically (sometimes exceeding $200-$350 monthly), that support staff lack technical knowledge and attempt to upsell additional services rather than fix issues, and that the service quality declined noticeably after Breezeline acquired competitors in certain areas.

Sorted by: Most recentDoor-to-door reps from this company won't stop coming by, and they ignore my no solicitation notice every time. They don't accept no as an answer. I've researched them thoroughly and don't want their service. I'm now considering pursuing legal action against them for harassment.
Sales reps keep showing up at my door over and over again, completely ignoring my no solicitation sign and refusing to accept when I say no. I've done my homework on this company and want nothing to do with them. At this point, I'm seriously considering legal action for this constant harassment.
I've dealt with poor customer service from Breezeline repeatedly. I've called multiple times and used their chat feature about ongoing issues, but nothing gets resolved. The staff either doesn't help or doesn't follow through on what they say they'll do. Their voicemail system is a joke, and customers get stuck on hold for hours just trying to get basic assistance. I want them to actually resolve the service problems I'm experiencing and refund my bill for the time I didn't have working service. I have all my outage dates documented and ready to provide.
Customer service from Breezeline has let me down repeatedly. I've called and chatted online many times about persistent problems, but nothing gets resolved. The reps either aren't helpful or fail to follow up on what they promise. Their voicemail setup is frustrating, and you end up waiting hours on hold just to get basic issues looked at. I need someone to actually fix these service problems and credit my bill for the downtime I've experienced. I've documented all my outages and have them ready to share.
I work from home and depend on internet service to get my job done. Unfortunately, Breezeline's service is always having problems. I haven't gone even one full week without experiencing issues since becoming a customer.
I work from home and need a stable internet connection. With Breezeline, the service is never consistent. Since I've signed up with them, I haven't had a single full week without problems.
All I needed to do was change my PIN. I tried using their online chat, but they told me I had to call instead. When I called, the voicemail system kept me waiting for more than an hour. I eventually gave up. Their customer support is absolutely awful.
This was hands down the worst customer service experience I've had. I switched providers because my old one wasn't reliable and picked Breezeline. A technician came out, ran cable through both my and my neighbor's yards above ground without burying it, dropped the equipment on the porch, and left. I called to complain and was told someone would contact me in two hours. They never called. When I called back, they said it would take two weeks to bury the line. I asked to cancel since that wouldn't work for us, got transferred to another line, and waited over twenty minutes before having to hang up for work. Called again and finally got it cancelled, plus filed a request to have them remove the exposed cable before my neighbor's family gathering. To make matters worse, the Breezeline tech had disconnected my Spectrum service and I couldn't figure out how to restore it. A Spectrum technician came out and got it back online in three minutes. I'm honestly shocked this company is even operational.
My experience with Breezeline was absolutely dreadful. Setting up service became a nightmare from day one. I was shuffled between approximately twenty different support people over several days, and each one claimed they could assist but ultimately couldn't solve anything. The hold times were brutal too. Every single call had me on hold for what seemed like forever. I got disconnected at least three separate times while trying to get this resolved. Eventually I asked for a manager, who promised to personally handle it and get back to me. That never happened. I got completely forgotten about. In frustration, I went back to my previous internet company, and they had everything working in just two hours with one competent person managing the whole thing. I would absolutely not recommend Breezeline to anyone.
Breezeline is not a provider I'd recommend to anyone. There are several major problems with how they operate. First, their network links are overloaded, which is why customers get slow speeds. Second, they install two separate media converters instead of one direct conversion, which means worse latency and less stability. Third, if you want to use any equipment besides their router, you'll run into major issues because their DHCP server won't recognize MAC addresses from other devices. My advice is to look elsewhere for your internet service.
