Two boxes of chocolates arrived completely melted, hard candies were stuck to their wrappers, and marmite jars felt hot. The whole thing was packed poorly for any shipment, especially one with perishable stuff. I sent an email the day it arrived. That was a week and a half ago and I've emailed 4 times now with zero response. They don't have a phone number and email is the only option, but they don't answer. Things work fine when orders show up on time and undamaged. But when something goes wrong, they're impossible to reach except when they're charging your card. I've spent a lot of money there and deserve better. I can't trust them anymore.
Fantastic service! My shipment came through quickly and was packaged really well. Nothing got damaged, not even the crackers or cookies. All the glass items were wrapped in bubble wrap, and they put the heavier pieces on the bottom. It was a great transaction overall.

There's no phone line for customer service, only email. I sent multiple emails about my order never arriving and got nowhere. I spent $100 and got nothing. I showed them proof that my package was pending delivery on March 25th. Then they claimed it had already been delivered on March 23rd. How is that possible? How can something arrive two days before you're told it's scheduled to arrive? This was a nightmare.
