Booked a rental in Turkey through their website and was nervous after reading some reviews online. At the airport, the agent tried selling me the premium insurance package for extra money but didn't push when I declined. He did put down a deposit beyond my rental cost. The car itself was immaculate. Despite my worries, everything went smoothly for several days. I extended my booking online and it was handled without issues. The deposit showed back in my bank account the next day. The vehicles could use more regular engine maintenance, but otherwise the service was excellent and really made my trip better.

Had an amazing experience at the Cayman Islands location in September. Betty handled everything with incredible efficiency, which matters when you've got dozens of flights landing around the same time. After clearing customs and immigration, she took care of all the customers ahead of me and got me processed and on my way without any waiting around.

Smooth pickup at MCO. No line at terminal A, traveled with a prepaid voucher covering most costs except the toll pass. The rental agent didn't push any extras on us and was perfectly fine that we grabbed our own toll pass at the airport. The car allowed unlimited drivers without registration needed. Whole thing took about 5 minutes and they had several good options that matched what we ordered. Returning the vehicle was just as easy.

We've rented from their Fairborn, Ohio and Overland Park, Kansas locations multiple times. Both offices have delivered consistently good service, competitive pricing, and quality vehicles. The staff knows what they're doing and charges what was quoted without surprises. These two locations set the bar for what a professional rental experience should look like.

Great experience renting in Dublin. Both when picking up and returning, the staff explained everything clearly including what would happen with the deposits. My flight landed an hour late in Dusseldorf but their team stuck around and had a vehicle waiting for me so I wasn't stranded. The car was fantastic with low miles, everything in great working order, and nice features. The bonus was getting upgraded to a nicer class than what I paid for. Seriously impressive service.

Never had issues with this company. One temporary staff member was unhelpful, but Gabriel and especially Tina made up for it big time. Tina was like chatting with a new friend and brought such a positive energy when I really needed it. They went above and beyond to fix the situation, swapped the vehicle, and even had people help unload and reload everything. I was honestly shocked by how much they cared. Really touched by how they handled it all.
