Seriously, steer clear of this company. Our vehicle was hacked and stolen just three hours after we picked it up. Police confirmed the car had been compromised using specialized hacking equipment. I'm convinced they work with thieves who target their customers, especially people coming from airports. The whole operation is awful with terrible support and unprofessional staff. Plus, they tack on mystery charges when you return the vehicle without any explanation. We got slapped with a £150 bill that nobody could explain, even though we had purchased extra coverage for damage and accidents. This place operates like a criminal enterprise. You'll either get hacked or charged for things you never did. Stay away.

My move got delayed because they didn't have the truck I reserved two weeks in advance. The staff at the front desk just blamed their computer system instead of actually helping solve the problem.

Rented a midsize vehicle from Budget at an airport terminal in April and had to wait forty-five minutes just to get help from a representative. The car I received was dirty both inside and out, but I had an important meeting so I couldn't ask for another one. The staff wasn't friendly or particularly helpful and sometimes came across as outright rude. My language skills were limited and their English wasn't much better either. The staff seemed stressed. Yes, Budget had cheap prices, but next time I'll pay a bit more to get a clean vehicle and better treatment.

I reserved a moving truck and a dolly a month beforehand. When I showed up to pick them up, they said they hadn't had dollies at their location for months. Then why did they let me reserve one? Luckily U-Haul had one available and saved my move at the last second. I had another bad experience at that same location when we rented a truck that wouldn't shift into reverse. I don't understand how the staff doesn't notice something like that before handing over the truck. What's worse is the staff didn't care about my concerns, acting like it was unreasonable to expect a truck with a working transmission. Won't rent from them again. U-Haul costs more but at least they have the equipment you need and it actually works.

All their trucks are old and break down constantly. Mine broke down right before my move. I waited six hours for the truck to be repaired. Their customer service is based outside the United States so the service is terrible. I can't recommend this company to anyone.
