That's unacceptable for pants at this price. Their support told me they can't help and directed me to the retailer. The retailer said the 30-day window is closed. Basically I got ripped off and there's nothing anyone will do about it. Really disappointed with both brands here.
Terrible experience with their customer service team. The phone line they advertise doesn't work and their online chat is completely down. I tried to swap something out but never heard back from anyone. Skip this company if you can. There are plenty of other brands that actually care about their customers.
Their customer service is incredibly disappointing. The live chat feature doesn't work, you can't actually call their support line, and the return system on the website is broken. Feels like you're dealing with an unlicensed operation. Email is the only way to try to get help and they'll only respond if they feel like it. Really not what I expected.

Used to grab the Straight six men's jeans all the time over the years. Decided to grab two pairs and accidentally clicked on the Straight six freedom style instead. Once they arrived they felt cheap like sweatpants so I sent them back for a credit. After that went through I called a rep to double-check that the regular Straight six was the thicker denim with barely any stretch. Ordered two more. Turns out the sizing changed, the fabric was paper thin and super stretchy now. That's it for me with Buffalo.
The jeans are super comfortable to wear, BUT they're really only built for light use. They fall apart in the groin and the waist buttons pop off. For what you're paying, the construction is pretty bad and feels like a ripoff.
