Be careful about those misleading promotional emails offering 10% off your first purchase. I fell for it and when I questioned it, apparently that discount doesn't work on gift sets. I absolutely love the quality of their products and appreciate how thoroughly they test everything before launching. Their certified stylists attend mandatory training programs in New York every year. I was told directly by their headquarters to avoid buying from unlicensed shops. I've been a customer since the late 70s and have moved around quite a bit, but I always seek out their certified stylists and salons wherever I am. Their products are fantastic and they really take time to test everything thoroughly before it becomes available to the public. All of their certified stylists have to go through training classes every single year in New York City. Please don't buy their stuff from unauthorized retailers or salons. The company told me this directly. Their website is really excellent and up to date, plus they provide tons of great tips for keeping your hair healthy.
