Used to be decent but not anymore. Had a trip planned for Saturday and ordered a Jamaican sleeveless tee two weeks ahead of time. They finally shipped it last minute, but sent me the wrong item completely, a Nuclear Waste design instead. Can't reach anyone by phone, no voicemail option either. It's not about the cost, it's their total lack of competence and how they messed up part of my vacation.

Total ripoff! I bought a baseball cap back in late 2023 and never got any tracking information from them. According to their website, orders ship within 2-3 business days with delivery taking 1-5 days depending on your location since they operate out of Florida. Thing is, I never received my order OR any tracking number. I tried contacting them by email multiple times with zero response. Ended up having to dispute the charge and get my money back. This place is a complete scam and I'd stay far away.

Got the wrong size and can't get anyone to help. Ordered four double-XL shirts but received four 4XL instead, which don't fit me at all. Left several messages over a few days and sent a couple emails too, but I haven't heard back from anyone.

Ordered a tee and couldn't reach them for a tracking update via email. When I tried messaging them on Facebook to get in touch with someone, they blocked me immediately. This is a total scam and not worth your money.

Major rip-off situation here. Their site advertised free shipping, but when I went to checkout there was a shipping fee attached. I emailed asking about it and they said they'd fix it, so I placed the order. After waiting over a week with no update, I reached out again. They replied saying they couldn't fulfill one item and asked if I'd accept fewer shirts. Fine, whatever. When the rest arrived, I found one XL shirt was actually a medium. I emailed them several times about the size issue, but once they had my payment they stopped responding at all. The only phone number just plays a recording telling you to email them. Total waste.

Amazing speed and quality! I ordered on December 19, just days before Christmas, and wasn't expecting delivery until after the holiday. Somehow my package showed up that Saturday on the 22nd. The shirts are soft and really high quality. Definitely ordering from them again!
