My hair has always been pretty fragile and damaged, so I figured I'd give the WOW apple cider vinegar shampoo a shot. It really delivered. My hair feels clean and soft after each wash, and the smell is really nice too. Honestly wasn't sure how it'd work out, but I'm really happy I took the chance on it. Great quality product overall.
The products themselves are fine, no complaints there. But I'd say skip their official website. They advertise deals like buy 4 pay for 2, but then they ship you expired products. Just get them from Amazon instead and save yourself the headache.
The products are okay but the customer service is absolutely terrible. They mess up their own deals, send wrong product amounts, and then they won't even respond to emails or phone calls about it.

At this point I'd need to walk into their office to get answers. Just want my money back at this point. Don't even care about the products anymore. It's disappointing because the items themselves are actually good, but this experience killed any interest I have. Could've gone with Nykaa or Amazon instead. This is a women-owned and women-run business, and honestly, they're doing themselves a disservice here. They're giving people ammunition to question their business abilities. Really frustrated I had to write this.
My advice: don't place an order through buywow.com. You'll have a much better experience ordering from somewhere else.
The items are decent quality but the pricing in the US is really hard to justify. I checked out their Indian site and found the same shampoo for 400 rupees, but here in the US it's marked up to 20 dollars, which is triple the price. When I asked them about this huge difference, they said it's because shipping from India costs so much. That explanation didn't sit right with me. I figured maybe I'd just buy from the Indian site and have someone bring it over when they travel from India. Unfortunately they've blocked access to the Indian site for US customers now, probably so people like me can't compare prices. I've picked up a few items I do like, but I can't recommend buying at these prices. I'm hoping the next time someone visits from India I can ask them to bring some products back instead.

They charged me almost 8 bucks just to ship a shampoo. About a week and a half later, I emailed asking where my order was since I hadn't gotten it yet. No response. So I went ahead and left a comment on their Facebook page, and suddenly someone messages me back with a tracking number. But here's the thing: the tracking number doesn't actually tell me when I'll receive it. When I asked about that, they told me to contact the post office myself, after I already paid nearly 8 dollars for shipping. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service.

The company isn't picking up calls and they're not replying to any emails I've sent. I really regret ordering from them because they've completely lost my business. They never followed up and seemed to stop caring. I'd tell anyone to just get khadi or other Indian products from Amazon or Flipkart instead where customer service is actually responsive and easy to work with. I ordered something from Amazon just a few days back and had it the next day with great follow-up options if anything went wrong. Buy somewhere else instead of here.
