First they said it would come in November or December. Then January. Then February. Then April. Now they're saying sometime between August and October. Every time I call it's a different excuse - chip shortages, then they say because I ordered white. They were happy to take my money right away but seem in no hurry to actually send my product. No five stars from me.
I bought a Cafe stainless steel fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. I had to wait almost a full year for the refrigerator to arrive. Once everything was in place, sure they looked nice at first, but they scratch super easily and constantly look smudged and dirty. For what I paid, these appliances aren't worth it. I really regret the purchase and wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
I haven't had the best experience with Cafe, mainly because half my order has been delayed over six months with constantly changing delivery dates and now a delivery time that's just undetermined. For the combo microwave and oven that I do have, I'm really let down. It has a tiny compartment yet takes 15 minutes just to preheat to 400 degrees. My other ovens that are similar in size get there in 4 to 6 minutes. The preheat function seems to just be running a timer instead of actually measuring the temperature. I tested this out - when I shut the oven off for 30 seconds after it had been preheating for 8 minutes, the preheat timer started completely over from the beginning. I also tested raising the temperature from 400 to 450 and it claimed to jump 50 degrees instantly. It's clearly just a timer, not responding to actual temperatures.
